Do you have the talent and drive to succeed in the competitive world of retail? With Party City's Management Fast Track you will have the opportunity to put your business skills to use in a retail store that utilizes your talent.
The Management Fast Track allows you to become a General Manager of a Party City store after an exciting and intense training period. During this time, you will learn our business from the ground up, gaining a thorough understanding of how we operate. Management Fast Track allows you to develop the analytical and leadership skills necessary to manage a retail store.
Description of Training
You will work with the District Manager, Loss Prevention Manager and Human Resources Manager in their respective fields. You also will collaborate with the Regional Vice President to gain an understanding of what is expected of a General Manager.

- Customer Service
- Art of Selling
- Loss Prevention
- Systems Training
- Recruiting/Interviewing
- Coaching/Counseling
- Performance Management
Being a General Manager
- General Managers are responsible for the performance of their stores:
- Managing inventory
- Overseeing all aspects of store merchandising
- Recruiting, counseling and evaluating all employees
- Training, mentoring, and providing succession planning
- Supervising receiving functions, accurate recordings and verification of receipts
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service
