We gladly accept returns and exchanges up to 7 days prior to Halloween, unopened, with a receipt only.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, and all returnable products, including online-only products, will be refunded for the full purchase price.

If you placed an online order through your Party City account, you can find your order number in your Order History after logging into your Party City account. You can also request a new order confirmation email by contacting us.How do I return an in-store pickup order?

In-store pickup orders can be returned to any Halloween City location accompanied by your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders cannot be returned until you have received your item. Then, you may return your order in-store or by mail.

Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 2-5 business days*.

*Shipping & handling charges and taxes are non-refundable.
